LogoLink coordination moved to Brazil

The coordinating function of LogoLink has moved from the Institute of Development Studies (IDS) in the UK to the Pólis Institute in Brazil. The decision of moving to the global South was made at the last LogoLink partners' meeting held in South Africa during July 2005.
