Challenges of democratic management in Brazil: book series available for download in Spanish and English

With Ford's support, Polis organized the book series "Challenges of democratic management in Brazil". There are tree volumes, covering the challenges of participation (v.1), the right to the city (v.2) and emerging issues (v.3). These articles, never before published in Spanish or English, are reflections on changes in democratic governance in Brazil since redemocratization.
This series aims to show major challenges posed by the building of democratic governance and management practices in Brazil and how civil society influenced this process. Polis and the LogoLink network in general have greatly benefit from this initiative, as the Institute’s work is now accessible to a greater part of the world. All volumes are available for download at our Resource Center.
