LogoLink promotes dialogue, exchange and learning about participatory local governance initiatives from
field-based innovations and expressions of democracy which contribute to social justice. To a large extent
strengthening local governance is about improving relationships between those who govern and those who
are governed. LogoLink is interested in making these relationships more participatory and inclusive so that
governments can become more responsive and accountable towards the needs and concerns of citizens, and
so that citizens and civil society organizations are better prepared to actively engage with as well as hold
their governments accountable.
LogoLink projects and initiatives create spaces for reflection, learning and exchange among and between
partners and various stakeholder audiences, whilst situating reflection and learning within the broader political
contexts at the national, regional and global levels.
