Latin America coordinator, participated at the seminar: "Inequality,
Participation and Democracy" held at Centro Brasileiro de Análise
e Planejamento (CEBRAP) and promoted by the Development Research Centre
on Citizenship, Participation and Accountability in São Paulo,
Brazil.
He presented the LogoLink Latin America programme and
pointed out some key issues of Social Participation and Research Networks
with Prof. John Gaventa (IDS) and Prof. Peter Spink (FGV).
