The LogoLink Latin American
bulletin is now presenting conceptual papers, Latin American citizen participation
experiences and educational materials on participation that can be used
in building capacity activities. This new version (July/2005) started
the second phase of the Translation and Dissemination Initiative (TDI)
in Latin America.
The highlight of this second
phase is the partnership between LogoLink Latin America coordinator, PÓLIS,
and the Local Empowerment and Education Network (Reppol) from the Latin
American Council for Adult Education (CEAAL).
