Expansion of the LogoLink East Africa network

Recruitment of LogoLink partners for the East Africa Region continued with a lot of zeal. And as a result six more organisations are now firmly on board. These include:

The Citizens Forum Trust in Mombasa, Kenya, a pressure group serving the interests of Mombasa residents and business persons concerned about the level of performance of the local council. It aims to transform Mombasa to be a model for sustainable urban development and economic growth, while its objectives include conceptualising and implementing a programme of sustainable local development in a participatory manner. Christian Partners Development Agency (CPDA) in Nairobi Kenya an interdenominational organisation that aims to uplift the living standards of the poor, and to promote equity, social justice, and the reduction of poverty for the disadvantaged in Kenyan communities - giving special attention to the situation of both women and children.
