LogoLink Latin America represented by PÓLIS took part
in the discussions held at the Uruguayan Conference of the Mercosur Social
y Solidario Programme in Montevideo 19 and 20 August 2005.
Last year PÓLIS published the book "La construcción
democrática desde abajo en el Cono Sur" (Building Democracy
from Below in the Southern Cone), in Spanish. The book is available online
