Terms of Service of the Website Logolink.org
§1 Definitions
User - means any natural person who, via the Internet, reads the content presented on the Website or uses the services offered through the Website.
Service Provider - means the company WeNet Group S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Postępu 14, entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, KRS number: 0000681163, with share capital of PLN 4,950,000.00, paid in full.
Database - means a collection of content/data relating to businesses and institutions and their locations and/or their products, compiled in accordance with the classification and methodology of the Service Provider, individually accessible to a limited extent to the User via electronic tools made available by the Service Provider (search engines), requiring substantial investment in terms of quality and quantity for the compilation, verification and presentation of the content, subject to protection under the Copyright and Related Rights Act of 4 February 1994 and the Database Protection Act of 27 July 2001.
Search Engine - means the software available on the Website belonging to the Service Provider, enabling Users to submit queries to the Database and receive responses to such queries.
Website - means the website available at logolink.org, hosted on the Service Provider’s server, which includes a Search Engine enabling users to search the Database for information concerning the contact details of businesses and institutions.
Terms of Service - these Terms of Service of the Website.
Services - the services referred to in Articles 3 and 4 of these Terms of Service.
§2 Preliminary Provisions
These Terms of Service govern the rules and manner of using the Website owned by the Service Provider. The rules contained in these Terms of Service do not affect the terms applicable to other services or products provided by the Service Provider.
The Website constitutes part of the "Programme for the Development of Business Contacts" (the "Programme") implemented by the Service Provider. The Service Provider, having for many years held one of the leading positions on the Polish market as an integrator and publisher of information about business entities, provides the Website under the "Programme", enabling each User to easily and free of charge search for business profiles containing information about companies and institutions operating in various locations in Poland, about their services and products, and, if interested, to establish business contact with such entities. More information about the Programme is available at www.wenet.pl
The sources of data presented in the profiles of businesses and institutions include the Central Registration And Information On Business (CEIDG), the National Court Register (KRS), information published by businesses and institutions on their websites, as well as information provided directly by such entities to the Service Provider.
§3 Types and Scope of Services Provided Electronically to Users
On the Website, the Service Provider provides Users, free of charge, with the following Services:
enabling Users to search for and browse information about businesses or institutions published on the Website.
As part of the Services, the Service Provider may also enable Users to search for and browse articles published on the Website.
§4 Types and Scope of Services Provided Electronically to Businesses and Institutions
On the Website, the Service Provider provides businesses and institutions with the following Services:
presenting information about businesses or institutions in the form of a business profile containing publicly available data published in CEIDG or KRS, or on the website of the business/institution;
the possibility to update the presented data via the contact form (the "Form") or by contacting the Service Provider's Customer Service at dok-portale@wenet.pl or hotline 22 457 30 95.
Presentation on the Website of a business profile containing extended information about a business or institution is possible under a separate agreement concluded between the business or institution and the Service Provider.
§5 Rules for Using the Website
The Service Provider authorises the User to use the Website and to access the content of the Database solely to the limited extent resulting from the provisions of these Terms of Service.
The technical requirements for using the Website are:
access to the Internet;
an Internet browser installed on the end device, such as one of the following: Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer or Opera, updated to the latest version.
All rights to the Database are vested in the Service Provider.
By using the Website, the User does not acquire any rights, in particular copyright or licence rights, to the content on the Website, which remains the property of the Service Provider and its business partners. The data published on the Website may not be electronically downloaded by the User for the purpose of creating mailing lists used to send mass commercial offers, whether by post or electronically, or for creating other databases.
The User is not authorised to make available to third parties, whether for consideration or free of charge, any content published on the Website, except for the possibility of sharing a business profile on social networking sites through the standard functionalities of the Website. The User is also not authorised to generate, through the use of software queries or to perform reverse engineering operations on the Search Engine mechanism or the Database, nor to disseminate, in any form, any parts or the entirety of the Database obtained in such a manner.
The copyrights, trademarks and Databases made available on the Website belong to the Service Provider or third parties. Where such rights are vested in third parties, the Service Provider presents works, trademarks and databases on the Website on the basis of relevant agreements concluded with those parties, in particular licence agreements, or pursuant to the applicable legislation in this respect.
The information published on the Website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, but rather an invitation for the User to submit a request for a quotation. The Service Provider shall in no event be a party to any transactions carried out by the User with a business partner or any other entity advertising or posting on the Website and shall not be liable for the actions or omissions of entities advertising or posting through the Website.
If the Service Provider enables Users to post content on the Website, it shall be prohibited to post any content that is unlawful, contrary to accepted standards of decency or infringes the rights of third parties.
The Service Provider reserves the right to introduce restrictions on access to the Website without stating a reason, in particular with respect to Users who violate the rules of using the Website.
The Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily suspend the provision of Services in connection with the modernisation or reconstruction of the Website, or with maintenance work on the ICT system.
The Service Provider shall not be liable for interruptions in the provision of Services resulting from causes beyond its control, in particular from acts of force majeure.
§6 Terms of Conclusion and Termination of the Agreement with the Service Provider for the Provision of Electronic Services
For each User, an agreement for the provision of electronic Services (the "Agreement") is concluded each time the User accesses the Website and uses the Services made available on it. The Agreement terminates automatically upon the User leaving the Website.
§7 Liability
The Service Provider shall not be liable for:
any damage caused by the content or any other information posted by Users;
the consequences of non-performance or improper performance of any obligations undertaken by any person through the Website, or for such persons’ capacity to enter into obligations.
The User shall bear full liability for any breach of law or damage caused by their actions on the Website, in particular for providing false data, disclosing legally protected secrets or other confidential information, or infringing the personal rights or intellectual property rights of third parties.
The Service Provider shall not be liable to any User, including for damages, for any loss resulting from inaccuracies, outdated information, data quality issues or the content of advertisements or posts published on the Website.
The Service Provider shall not be liable for the actions of third parties or any Users who use the content of the Website in breach of its terms of service.
Under no circumstances shall the Service Provider be held liable for any damage or viruses that may infect any User’s equipment while using the Website, in particular in connection with downloading any materials, files, textual, photographic, graphic, audio or video content from the Website.
§8 Rules for the Processing of Personal Data
Pursuant to Article 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, the Service Provider hereby informs that:
The legal framework governing the processing of personal data of natural persons using the Website (the "Users") by WeNet Group S.A. and WeNet Sp. z o.o. is set out in the following acts:
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the "GDPR");
the Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Electronic Services (the "PES Act").
The legal framework governing the processing by WeNet Group S.A. and WeNet Sp. z o.o. of the personal data of natural persons conducting business activity registered in CEIDG, contained in business profiles published on the Website, is set out in the following acts:
GDPR;
the PES Act;
the Act of 25 February 2016 on the Reuse of Public Sector Information (the "RPSI Act").
WeNet Group S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw at: ul. Postępu 14, 02-676 Warsaw, entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, KRS number: 0000681163, share capital of PLN 4,950,000.00, paid in full, and WeNet Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Postępu 14, 02-676 Warsaw, entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, KRS number: 0000116894, share capital of PLN 12,469,000.00, within the meaning of the provisions of the GDPR, are data controllers of:
natural persons (the "Entrepreneurs"), conducting business activity registered in CEIDG, whose data are presented in free business profiles published on the Website, including such details as business name, registered address, contact details, NIP (Tax Identification Number), REGON (National Business Registry Number) and industry;
Users, with respect to data provided in the Contact Form, and the content of correspondence conducted with WeNet Group S.A. and WeNet Sp. z o.o.
Data of Entrepreneurs contained in the free business profiles shall be processed:
for the purpose of implementing by WeNet Group S.A. and WeNet Sp. z o.o. the "Programme for the Development of Business Contacts", including carrying out analytical and statistical activities by WeNet Group S.A. and WeNet Sp. z o.o., as part of the legitimate interest of WeNet Group S.A. and WeNet Sp. z o.o. and the Users of the Website, within the meaning of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR and the provisions of the RPSI Act, in particular Article 5(1) thereof;
for marketing purposes as part of the legitimate interest of WeNet Group S.A. and WeNet Sp. z o.o. within the meaning of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, in accordance with the declarations of consent regarding data processing and marketing communication as set out in the GDPR, the PES Act, and the Act of 12 July 2024 – the Electronic Communications Law. Consents granted to WeNet Group S.A. and WeNet Sp. z o.o. with respect to the above marketing communications may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent carried out before its withdrawal.
for the purpose of fulfilling the legal obligations of WeNet Group S.A. and WeNet Sp. z o.o. towards the data subject, as defined in Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
Data of Users shall be processed:
for the purpose of providing electronic services by WeNet Group S.A. and WeNet Sp. z o.o., as referred to in these Terms of Service, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR and on the basis of consent granted pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, which may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent carried out before its withdrawal;
for the purpose of fulfilling the legal obligations of WeNet Group S.A. and WeNet Sp. z o.o. towards the data subject, as defined in Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
Data contained in paid business profiles shall be processed by WeNet Group S.A. and WeNet Sp. z o.o. under the terms specified in separate agreements concluded between the Service Provider and the entities whose data is presented on the Website in the form of paid business profiles.
The recipients of Entrepreneurs’ data shall be exclusively the users of websites operated by WeNet Group S.A. and WeNet Sp. z o.o.
The recipients of Users’ data, insofar as it is published on the Website, shall be the users of websites operated by WeNet Group S.A. and WeNet Sp. z o.o. Users’ data not published on the Website may be disclosed at the request of competent state authorities.
Users’ data shall be processed for the duration of the electronic services provided as described in these Terms of Service, while data provided via the Website forms shall be processed until the end of the calendar year in which they were submitted, and thereafter for a period of up to five years. In addition, Users’ data shall be processed for the period necessary to perform and document the legal obligations of WeNet Group S.A. and WeNet Sp. z o.o. imposed by the GDPR.
Each data subject whose data is administered by WeNet Group S.A. and WeNet Sp. z o.o. shall have the right to request access to their data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to processing and the right to data portability.

Each data subject whose data is administered by WeNet Group S.A. and WeNet Sp. z o.o. shall have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
WeNet Group S.A. and WeNet Sp. z o.o. process personal data in ICT systems with strictly limited access. The Service Provider applies technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of personal data processed on the Website, including protection against disclosure of the data to unauthorised persons. The ICT systems and procedures used by the Service Provider are regularly monitored in order to detect potential threats.
The Service Provider and/or WeNet Sp. z o.o. may entrust the processing of personal data to companies that are part of the WeNet Group (linked by capital and/or functional ties to WeNet Group S.A. and/or WeNet Sp. z o.o.) in connection with the purposes indicated in this Article 8. Whenever this article refers to an obligation or right of the Service Provider, such provision shall apply accordingly to companies within the WeNet Group to which the processing of personal data has been entrusted by the Service Provider and/or WeNet Sp. z o.o.
§9 Complaint Procedure
Complaints related to the functioning of the Website and questions concerning its use should be submitted via email to dok-portale@wenet.pl. A complaint should include the name and address of the person submitting it, together with the reasons for the complaint.
The Service Provider shall review the complaint within 14 calendar days from its receipt and shall promptly inform the User, by email, of the outcome. If the information provided in the complaint needs to be supplemented, the time for its review may be extended.
The User shall not have the right to appeal against the content of the response to the complaint.
§10 Final Provisions
The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms of Service at any time by publishing their current version on the Website.
The terms of service of other websites operated by the Service Provider are governed by separate regulations published on those websites.
In matters not regulated by these Terms of Service, the applicable provisions of the Polish law shall apply.
All disputes and claims arising in connection with the use of the Website, including those resulting from the Agreement or these Terms of Service, shall be subject to Polish jurisdiction. This provision shall not apply to consumers residing within the territory of the European Union, provided that at the time of conclusion of the Agreement they resided outside the territory of Poland.
The law governing the Agreement and these Terms of Service shall be Polish law. In the case of consumers residing within the territory of the European Union, this provision shall not affect the consumer protection laws in force in the consumer’s country of habitual residence, which cannot be excluded by agreement. Disputes arising from the provision of Services specified in these Terms of Service shall be resolved by the competent common court having jurisdiction over the registered office of the Service Provider. Users shall have guaranteed access to these Terms of Service at any time via a link placed on the Website’s homepage, in a form that allows them to download, record and print them.
These Terms of Service shall enter into force on the date of their publication on the Website.
